Mil-spec quality straight from Colt! Basically this is a military issue M4 upper but with a 16.1" barrel instead of 14.5".

The Colt Complete Upper Conversion Kit contains the complete upper receiver group, including a charging handle, full auto bolt carrier group, and back up sight.

Includes: 16.1" chrome lined barrel w/ 1:7 RH twist, Matech flip up rear sight, M4 contour barrel, standard sling swivel, bolt carrier assembly and charging handle, black finish, not pinned and welded.
